How do we get to Villa Luna Kuku from the airport?

Taxi service is readily available at the airport.

You may also provide us with your flight information ahead of time and we can arrange transportation for you (you will need to pay the driver).

The driver will be outside the airport holding a sign that reads Villa Luna Kuku.


Do we need to rent a car?

It is not necessary, due to the fact that taxis are plentiful and readily available.


Does your rental rate include service staff?

Our staff is included with your rental and their only purpose is to pamper you.

The list of the service personnel is integrated by the following:

• Chef
• Maid
• Bar man
• Chauffer

Other services are available and have additional cost such as the maseusse.


What is the reservation procedure?

A 50% deposit is required at the time you make your reservation and the balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.

We will send you a reservation form  to complete and return along with instructions for covering the deposit.

You may also pay by major credit card with a 6% surcharge.

On the reservation form, we will ask you to provide a credit card number. If we have not received your deposit within 24 hours of receiving your reservation form, your credit card will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. Otherwise your credit card number will not be used unless you incur long distance charges damage our property during your stay.


What is the minimum stay?

During high season, 7 nights, and during low season, 4 nights is the minimum stay


Are children allowed?

The house is not designed for small children.
Children 12 years or older will thoroughly enjoy Zihuatanejo


Is there security at the villa?

Villa Luna Kuku is located within a private, secure, gated community.


How far away is the beach?

A small private beach is located on the property, 300 yards from the Villa.

There are two beautiful beaches across the bay, Playa La Ropa and Playa Las Gatas, which you can reach by taxi or water taxi.


Are foods & beverages included with the rent?

No.
Our staff will take you shopping or do the groceries shopping for you. You will need to pay for your groceries and liquor.


Can we order snacks and drinks to be prepared for our arrival?

Yes. Upon request our staff will have drinks and snacks prepared for your arrival and the charge will be added to your account.


Can we place a grocery order?

Does the Villa Luna Kuku have Internet service and Cable TV?

Yes, there’s internet access and cable TV in all rooms with American and international programming.


Will my cell phone work in Zihuatanejo?

Before departing your country of origin, find out if your cell phone will work in Zihuatanejo with the cell phone operator.

Either way, we provide a phone service for you (additional cost) and recommend prepaid card


Can we use credit cards in Zihuatanejo? What type of currency is generally used? What about traveler's checks?

Credit cards are only accepted in established stores and restaurants.

Some places accept US dollars. We recommend that you change dollars to pesos to avoid inconveniences.

Some places accept traveler's checks and some don't. ATM's are available in town.


Pets

Pets are NOT allowed in the Villa under any circumstance.
