(a) We will refund 100% of your rental fee in the event of unforeseeable circumstances or acts of God like natural disasters or damages to the property for reasons beyond the owner's control

We will refund:
100% of the amount that has already been covered if you cancel more than 60 days in advance
50% of what you have paid if you cancel less than 60 days in advance
0% of what you have paid if you cancel less than 30 days in advance

HIGH SEASON
We will refund:
100% of the amount that has already been covered if you cancel more than 60 days in advance
50% of what you have paid if you cancel less than 60 days in advance
0% of what you have paid if you cancel less than 30 days in advance

PEAK SEASON
We will refund:
25% of the amount that has already been covered if you cancel more than 60 days in advance
0% of what you have paid if you cancel less than 60 days in advance
